2 x bright and warm furnished bedrooms with separate study areas available in a charming house in Jericho from 1 September 2024 (in photos as: room 1 + study 1 and room 2 + study 2). The double room will also be available for short term rental over this coming July if interested.

This is a really wonderful place to live in and we are very sad to be giving up our rooms. In total, there will be 3 tenants, and the house is able to accommodate everyone very well as everyone has their own private study area and toilet (with 2 of the occupants only sharing a shower). The house also comes with a tranquil private garden and garden shed as well as a parking bay for 2 cars. It is a 2 minute walk-away from vibey Walton street cafes and bars.

The rental is £650 pcm for each room, excl. bills.
