My dear flatmate is moving to the US and I am now looking for a new sharer.

The flat is in a house and is split on two floors. The ground floor has the kitchen and the living room that leads to an amazing garden with view to sheep canal, with an extra W. C. for visits. On the first floor there are the two, independent en-suites.

I am a working professional and part-time student at the University. I am a chilled out guy that likes his own privacy and respect others, whilst also enjoying company and hanging out together every now and then. Looking for a like-minded future sharer that also enjoys hitting the gym and doing a BBQ every now and then.
