The flat is just off Walton Well Road, only a few minutes’ walk from Jericho’s many pubs, restaurants, cafés and independent shops. Port Meadow and the Oxford Canal are also just around the corner, making it a fantastic location for anyone who enjoys running, walking or simply having some green space nearby. The canal also provides a lovely direct walking/cycling route towards Oxford Train Station and the city centre.

The room is approximately 13m², bright and airy, with large windows and plenty of natural light. It comes with a built-in wardrobe, under-bed storage, and a shared own bathroom (though primarily only used by the owner of the room) with a bathtub and toilet.
Both other rooms are en-suites.

The property is spacious, beautifully maintained and very clean. The shared areas include:

* A generous dining area with a large dining table
* A comfortable TV/chill-out area
* A separate laundry/utility room
* A secure, gated underground garage
There is a private parking space in the garage which I am considering renting separately for £120/month for a car, or £40/month for a motorcycle.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, clean and easy to live with, and who will treat the flat as a home.
The room would be particularly well suited to a student or postgraduate, and a student would be preferred for council-tax purposes.
