My room in Cowley is available from early June (dates flexible). The house is located on a quiet side street, but within a short walk to Magdalen bridge, the amenities on Cowley road, and Iffley sports center.

Rent is £650 per month + bills. I'm mainly looking for a tenancy takeover, but can also consider short-term lets for the Summer.

There are three other (male) flatmates aged 27-31. Two are PhD students (soon-to-be postdocs) and one MSc student. It is likely that at least two of my flatmates will also be leaving the flat over the Summer, so you could influence the choice of new flatmates.
