I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a well-located shared house in central Oxford, just a short walk from the train station and Castle Mill Stream.
The location is ideal for convenience, with shops nearby (including one at the station and others within a short walk), as well as a street with a wide range of restaurants and cafés around a 10-minute walk away. The coach station is also nearby, making travel in and out of Oxford easy.
The room is a spacious first-floor double with its own ensuite bathroom and plenty of storage. Included with the room are a bedside table and desk. Please note that the shelves, storage chest, desk shown in the photos, and office chair will be removed before the tenancy begins.
Rent: £780 per month
Bills & council tax (band E): approximately £140 per month
Deposit: £900 (5 weeks' rent)
We're looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, and happy to help keep the shared spaces clean and comfortable for everyone.
The room is available from 1st September (earlier move in can be negotiated), with viewings starting from 17th August.
If you're interested, please send a short message introducing yourself, including what you do, what brings you to Oxford, what you're looking for in a house share, and when you plan to move in!
