I have a spare room in my flat, and I'm looking for a friendly tenant who likes things tidy and clean. I tend to be away for work so you would also get to enjoy the flat.

The room and the flat is fully furnished so would suit someone looking to move into Oxford immediately.

The flat itself is 14 minutes walk to JR hospital and 15 minutes bus ride to Headington and Oxford city centre.

Ideally I would like someone to move in April but willing to consider an earlier let if needed.
