The house is modern detached house and located in Marston. House is 25 minute walk or 10 minute cycle to Town centre through University parks. Ideally located for Summer town, John Radcliffe Hospital and Brookes University.
Local shops and bus stops at walking distance.
Kitchen is fully kitted out with 6 burner, Double oven gas cooker, American Fridge freezer and additional under worktop fridges and freezers, Samsung washing machine as well as Siemens dish washer.
House has large storage room for bike car parking space on drive way and car parking outside the house too.
Guest or family members are welcome to stay from time to time. The communal areas will be cleaned by cleaner once a week and it's included in the rent.
Utilities, broadband and council tax (Band D) are shared equally by all housemates.
Few of the current housemates been living together for years and they are a great bunch of people.
