I am looking to sublet my room for next term because of research visit! It is the master room of a 2b2b flat in central summertown (5mins bike to uni). The room itself is really spacious (>30 m2), airy and bright, with own bathroom (bath and shower). The kitchen is well-equipped. Living room is similarly spacious and has superb views. It is literally the BEST house I ever live! You will be sharing with one working professional worked at the Energy sector, who is nice and clean. I would prefer a single female.
