Hi!

I am looking to sublet my double room in Jericho from the end of June to the end of August.

The room is bright, spacious, and has plenty of storage space. It shares a large bathroom with just one flatmate.

The house has a large living room as well as kitchen/dining area.

Located in the heart of Jericho, between the Oxford Canal and Walton Street, making it just a short walk away from the neighbourhood's pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and Port Meadow.

You will be sharing the house with three other housemates in their late 20's and 30's, all professionals, working in Law, Publishing, and Art. All respectful of each other's space, keen to keep the house tidy and clean, and very friendly.

We are looking for another young professional or graduate student who is happy to pay council tax.

Rent is £855 (increasing to 905 in August) and bills are approximately £150 per month.
