Large room available in an amazing location in the Grandpont area, less than 15 minute walk to city centre and right by the river path, pub and green spaces!

The room has lots of storage and really lovely communal spaces (living room, kitchen and garden). The girls in the house are very friendly.

I've really loved living here, but I'm relocating to Scotland, so the room will be available from the end of June/start of July.

The bills come to £120 a month for council tax, water, WiFi and energy. No other costs.
