Hey I am currently looking to rent out my spare bed room in Paisley (Anchor estate).

The room is furnished and has a build in cupboard.

The flat is on the top floor and is roughly a 5 minute walk to Halkhead train station and a 15 minute walk into Paisley Town.

There is parking at the flat and have never struggled to find a space. I really enjoy staying in this area as all neighbours are friendly but generally keep to themselves.

I am a sociable person and enjoy spending time outdoors, camping and walking.

I hope to find a flat mate who is friendly but also respects the flat keeping it tidy :)
