A bright and beautiful double room will be available from March or February. I’m looking for someone to take over the room in this lovely home!

The house is truly special, with a calm seaside-inspired decoration throughout. It features a huge, fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful backyard with plants, and extremely comfortable sofas both downstairs and upstairs. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, and the location is excellent, very close to supermarkets and just a short walk from the sea, which is perfect for outdoor sports and an active lifestyle.

The second floor (two rooms) will be for the person who rents the double room in it:
This floor includes:
-A spacious double bedroom with a big and bright window
-A second private room with a sofa, ideal as an office, relaxation space, study room, or private lounge
-Additional space for storage, suitcases, and personal items
-A large and beautiful shared bathroom (shared only with one other person)

The entire upstairs area would be completely available to the new person :)

The other housemate is a calm and peaceful girl. She mainly spends time at University or in her own room with her cat when she's in the house (the cat is always inside her room), so even the common areas are usually very quiet to use.

The downstairs sofa, kitchen, and backyard (common areas) are always available as well.
