I am looking for a Monday to Friday or less lodger to share a home I am about to put on the market. As a result must be clean and tidy and respect the communal spaces 3 cats and other air b and b guests periodically share the property. Sole use of family bathroom when no other guests. Permit parking 8 am to 10 but some free parking around Ample space in the home for privacy and luxurious surrounding with unique features. You should expect privacy but also be aware of other people coming and going that are friends and family and occasionally a dog. Think of it as home from home. Shared meals for economy possible and enjoyed. Use of all facilities washing machine and dishwasher etc. Fully furnished.
Council tax band E. Please come and have a chat with me. Happy to consider options for the right profession person. No pictures on walls please as just redecorated for sale. Bedding and towels provided and cleaned. Excellent air b and b reviews for hospitality and cleanliness. Sadly no disabled access as steps to the front door and stairs. Room available on middle floor.
