A lovely Victorian town house accommodating 10 people, only a 2 minuets walk to either Mutley plain or the university campus. the room being advertised is on the second floor, has a single bed, sink, and furnishings (desk, clothes rail, drawers). the house boasts a large shared kitchen with dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, and living room with dining table, 4 sofas and a tv, aswell as enough parking for 4 cars (please note 2 spaces are already taken), and 3 bathrooms each with their own shower. bills are included except for heating which has an allowance of £10 per week per occupant i. e. £100 per week for the entire house (if the heating bill goes over £100 any week for the whole house then the occupants must pay anything over that amount).
