I’m looking for someone to share a friendly, relaxed home — not just rent a room.

The flat is in a really convenient spot near the Life Centre — supermarkets nearby, with buses right outside.

The room is a good-sized double, fully furnished and bright, and there is a lot of additional storage space in the flat. The flat is shared with me and includes a kitchen, living room, bathroom (bath + shower), and a small garden at the back.

A bit about me:

I work at the University and have a fairly balanced lifestyle — I go to the gym, enjoy being outdoors, and love anything ocean-related (I’m a scuba diver). I’m equally happy socialising or doing my own thing, and like the flat to feel relaxed and comfortable.

The practical bits:

Rent is £600 per month, including all bills. The security deposit is £300 (flexible to the right person). The room is available now.

I’m ideally looking for someone clean, considerate and easy to live with, and who would treat the space as a home rather than just a place to stay.
