Hi, I am a live in landlord. I bought my property in Aug and have almost finished doing it up. It has a new kitchen, new bathroom and is being decorated as we speak.

I have a cat and another female lodger living here already. We are quite quiet but also sociable.

I love cooking and eating together, Radio 4, Art House cinema, walking. I also host a meditation group at my house fortnightly.

There are 2 rooms that I would prefer to rent together. One is a good sized double and the other is a small double - suitable for an office space.

There will in the future be a spare room available for any guests visitors for anyone to use.

The house is centrally located in St Judes, near a Coop, and 2 lovely parks. It has a lovely outdoor courtyard to sit in in the summer.
