I’m looking for someone who wants a comfortable, easy-going home rather than just somewhere to rent a room.

The flat is in a really convenient spot near the Life Centre — supermarkets nearby, buses outside, and it’s generally quiet in the evenings as the shops close early.

The room is a good-sized double, fully furnished and bright. The flat is shared with me and includes a kitchen, living room, bathroom (bath + shower), and a small garden at the back. There’s also a shed for bike or extra storage.

A bit about me

I work at the University and have a fairly balanced lifestyle — I go to the gym, enjoy being outdoors, and love anything ocean-related (I’m a scuba diver). I’m equally happy socialising or doing my own thing, and like the flat to feel relaxed and comfortable.
