Looking for 5 students who are keen to share a fully furnished flat. The flat has been renovated and redecorated. It is situated at a prime central location within easy walking distance to both the Streatham and St Luke’s campuses and in close proximity to other public transport links. The coach station along Sidwell Street (Stop 31) is just across the road.

This flat would be suitable for individuals who are trustworthy, mature, considerate, clean and reasonable. Someone who is easy going and appreciates having great chats with other flatmates in a relaxed house with a friendly atmosphere whilst at the same time understands the balance between socialising and respecting one another’s quiet space and privacy. One room per student, no sharing of double rooms.

Shared communal areas include a kitchen/dining area, two shower bathrooms. The kitchen is considered to be good-sized which is well equipped with two washing machines, two medium sized fridge-freezers, microwave, toaster, mini and large ovens and a kettle for all flat sharers to use.

All bedrooms are furnished with basic facilities which include a proper bed, central heating radiator, shelves, wardrobe, study table and a desk lamp. Additionally, we have a relatively fast Wifi broadband and TV license.

However, we appreciate everyone to be mindful and each one takes responsibility to switch off the lights when not in use and to not waste water unnecessarily. The landlord has the right to voice out on this matter if it the bills in the accommodation over-exceeds the average monthly bills.

The flat is fully self compliant with mandatory maintenance checks being carried out on a regular basis and all bedrooms are fitted with fire doors and fire alarms. The landlord manages the flat himself and can be easily contactable over the phone and is usually quick in his turn-around response time. If you have any concerns in the flat that you wish to highlight or need him to address, he will aim to get back to you as swiftly as possible.
