Hi! I am looking for a friendly lodger to stay in my spare double bedroom.

The flat is located on the quayside, is spread over 2 floors, with 3 bedrooms in total, 1 bathroom, and a large kitchen.

It is located within a quiet neighbourhood and is only a 15 min walk into city centre. Close proximity to Aldi, Co-op, Boots etc. Parking available, not far from Park and Ride stop and Marsh Barton railway station.

Your rent includes all bills and broadband (excluding council tax £130/month). Amenities include parking, wifi, washing machine.

I’m a 26 year old mature student attending the University of Plymouth. So I’m preferably looking for a mature student or young professional. The other house mate is also a young student/working professional.
