We are looking for a third flatmate to join us in a flat on College Road. We’re both heading into 4th year studying geography and nursing. Any course or gender is welcome! :)
Rent is £611 a month including WiFi. Covers September-July, however you can move your stuff in (potentially move in too) this July to keep over summer.
10 minute walk to town and 2 minutes from St Luke’s/25 mins to Streatham.
Flat has large living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Next to Magdalen road so super convenient for pub and corner shop!
We are a social bunch and love a trip to the pub, but as we are heading into final year we are also chilled as well!
