I'm planning to move out but have already signed the tenancy until 09/07/2022. Looking for a student to take over my room, preferably a girl because currently there are another 6 female flatmates. They are all very friendly and clean. It's an en-suite room with a double bed and a communal area. The kitchen is very spacious and the receptionist is very helpful if there's an issue. There's also a communal area on the ground floor with a pool table, table tennis etc.

I've rented this place at the early bird price which is cheaper so the person taking over will only have to pay the price I paid. 2 of the pictures are from their website and I've attached another of the kitchen and the double bed.
