Good landlord and friendly bunch of people that like to keep things clean but also are relaxed. Social and like to have a catch up e. g. while cooking, sometimes play cards/board games but sometimes keep to themselves so a good balance. I lived there for over a year and if anything broke it was fixed basically immediately.
