Studio takeover at Beckley Point, Plymouth (Yugo student accommodation).
I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my full tenancy for a Classic Studio.
The room is a private studio with your own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. It is fully furnished and located in a modern student building.
Rent is approximately £195 per week including all bills (electricity, water, heating, and internet).
This is a full contract takeover, not a short let. The new tenant would take over the remaining tenancy period through Yugo once approved.
Available from 6 September 2026 until 29 August 2027.
