This is a shared house with 5 other housemates who are students at the University of Plymouth. I have moved out due to personal reasons back home, but the tenants are all lovely people. It is single-person use, however most of the people in the house are in relationships and bring their partners over so there is no problem there.
This room consists of a king-sized bed all furnished with a wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair with a chest of drawers and is £115 a week (the TV and the small mirror on the chest of drawers do not come with the room). There are two bathrooms with showers in both of them, one on the second floor and one on the top floor.
The house has three stories with two rooms on each floor. The kitchen is a large, open-spaced area connected with the shared living area with a built-in PlayStation and a flat-screen TV. It is available ASAP until August 16th, 2024 and a UK guarantor must be available. Please contact me if you are interested and I can get you in contact with the Landlord.
