I am a physics teacher at a local secondary school, I currently live on my own with my small dog Rupert.

The house is a 3 bedroom townhouse in the PL4 area, there are steps to reach the front door and a small patio garden.
There is one shared large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge.

The WiFi is a high speed fibre optic connection through virgin media and is included in the rental price.

Although I own this house, Rupert and I spend some of our time at my boyfriends house so there would be days where you will have the house to yourself.

I am looking for someone who will be respectful of my house and who is happy to coexist with a rescue pup who can be initially fearful of new people when they first meet. He is a very happy pup who loves to play fetch and have cuddles.

I have a large social group thanks to playing sport and would love to meet someone who is open to making new friends and socialising with us occasionally (or frequently).

FYI - although the image of the room contains a small set of shelves, this has now been replaced with a wardrobe of similar colour.
