My lovely lodger is leaving to go back home so I have a beautiful double room coming available in July. You will be sharing with 3 super friendly professionals and I live downstairs. We love banter, peace and quiet and cleanliness. It is a big home so although there is 4 of you sharing you have plenty of solo space. We have a garden at the front and courtyard at the back and you are welcome to view the property and meet existing house mates with no obligation. Mutley has plenty of shops and transport links with town and train being less than a 15 minute walk away. We have a Dr’s at the top of the road aswell a pharmacy, PO, gym Aldi and various independent shops and restaurants. All bills are included plus super fast WIFI aswell as miscellaneous items like toilet rolls, washing powder, dishwasher tabs, bin bags etc). This is a very chilled out home & we like sharing it with would like minded people. So If you are a cat loving human with a great sense of humour & know how to share space respectfully please get in touch, thanks :~>.
