I'm looking for a housemate, must be a non smoker and like dogs, as I have a small very friendly dog (she won't go into your room unless invited)

It's a beautiful larger than average furnished double room with an en-suite shower room and a dressing area.

Great location in a quiet neighbour hood. Close to the dockyard, Central Park, the Life Centre and 5 minutes by car to the train station. Good public transport links to the city centre.

There is free on the road parking, and you can use the garden.

You will have use of the kitchen and utility area, dishwasher, washing machine, the dining room/front room. Great if you are a vegetarian but not essential!

I'm looking for someone who is fairly tidy, respectful of my home and easy to get along with. I enjoy walking, gardening, spin/gym and going out with friends and exploring this beautiful part of the country.

Looking for a professional person, but would consider a mature student. £550 pcm includes bills and wifi. Would prefer someone who doesn't work from home.
