I am looking for a house mate for a double room in Plymouth City Centre available from 28th August 2026 for £450pm. I own the house, live here but work away during the week. Room is furnished with a chest of drawers, small hanging area, desk, chair and ottoman double bed. Shared large bathroom with bath and shower plus washing machine and tumbler dryer. You will have your own fridge and freezer in the Kitchen.
Parking available (permit required through Plymouth Council, £45 for the year).
All bills included. Couples welcome but will be £150pm extra.
Small pets considered but no dogs or snakes!
Smokers accepted but you must go outside of the house to smoke.
