1 modest double room to rent in a terrace town centre cottage house that was completely renovated December 2019. Bills included for £450pcm. Room currently has double bed and wardrobe with under bed storage drawers. Quaint size due to age of property but good size living/ dining room. Shared kitchen with washing machine, shared bathroom with over bath shower unit. Access to rear courtyard garden. On street parking outside but very limited to permit holders, however; around the corner there are plenty of spaces to find a parking bay and barely poses an issue. I am a 30 year old fitness instructor . Looking for someone independent respectful, well presented to share my space for 6-12 months initially. I like my own privacy and space but like to have the odd friend(s) around for food and drinks so happy for someone who would or wouldn’t like to socialise. Viewings/ interviews are a must. Must not mind dogs as i plan to get a puppy this year.
