Hi there! I'm Liz, and I'm hoping to find a friendly, considerate lodger to live in this lovely home with me, one other housemate and my affectionate cat, called Pigeon (she loves a cuddle, so not ideal for anyone with allergies!) 🏡😻

The house is 5 mins walk from RD+E Hospital, and a 30 min walk to city centre, or 12 min bus ride.

The bedroom is at the front of the house, so enjoys morning sunshine. The room comes furnished with a double bed with a comfy memory foam mattress, and a large fitted wardrobe.

There is room for a desk and bookcase or similar.

For shared space, there is a spacious, well-lit kitchen with a dishwasher, large gas hob, double oven, shared fridge and microwave.

The kitchen is open-plan with a dining room with dining table and chairs, overlooking the garden decking area.

I follow a plant based diet so hope to meet housemates who are also vegetarian or vegan. 🍽️

The garden is a lovely place to chill, with a decking area and lawn. I work at home from a garden studio. There is also a covered area for drying clothes whatever the weather!

I'm eco conscious and have lots of house plants. 🪴 I'm hoping to find someone who is also eco-aware.

I keep the place clean and yet relaxed. It is 'lived in'! It would be expected that you would help keep communal areas clean, with hoovering and occasional bathroom cleans shared between the 3 housemates.

There's a wood fire in the lounge and a medium sized flat screen TV, with Netflix (included) and a DVD player and Playstation 4 (though I don't play any more!).

The house has high speed broadband, a good washing machine and plenty of on street parking in a quiet road. Residents permits available for around £40 per year. There's plenty of kitchen cupboard space and undercover space for a bike to be stored. 🚲

I'm easy going and I would hope for harmonious living and friendship! I welcome potential lodgers to come and view the house first! :)

I spend a fair bit of time away- working remotely, and it would be great to have someone who is happy to feed the cat from time to time. When I'm at home I'm averagely quiet but occasionally have friends over for a social evening, and you are welcome to do the same! I'm hoping for a lodger who will integrate into the house well, ideally a professional, post doc or mature student.
