Topsham is on the outskirts of Exeter and offers easy access to Exeter City Centre via public transport or cycling. Topsham itself offers some fantastic restaurants/coffee shops, has Aldi, Co-op and independent butcher/grocer. There is easy access to green space, river walks, and Exmouth beach is only a few miles away. Topsham also has a lovely, heated outdoor swimming pool. The location will suit somebody looking for a calm space with easy access to Exeter City.

The tenancy would suit a professional or postgraduate student.

This is a house share with a small family: Me (Male, 47), a researcher at Exeter Medical School and my 17-year-old daughter. We're looking for a relaxed and respectful house mate. The house is always clean and calm. We are both friendly and relaxed and happy for you to keep your own company or join us in TV watching, board games, dinner, or just hanging out.

Monthly cost is £600 incl. bills.
