I’m looking for a clean and tidy lodger who prefers a quiet household and is looking for a base Mon-Fri.

Must love dogs, I have a friendly and chilled-out cocker spaniel.

As I work partly from home, due to confidentiality , I am looking for a lodger who works away from the house.

Lovely bright double room with shared use of large bathroom, kitchen, dining room and sunny garden (rest of the house is for my private use).

Room is furnished with wardrobe, storage, desk and chair.

5 mins walk from the RDE, sports centre, Lidyls supermarket and bus stop.

Well lit, on road parking. Residents parking is £30/ year or free between 6pm and 10am.

Non-smoking and no overnight guests.
