I am looking for a like minded housemate to rent my large spare room in Heavitree. The property has been renovated throughout over the past few years so the room is recently decorated in a bright and neutral colour scheme.

The room is a large double room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2x bedside tables. There is a large window overlooking the front.

The property is a fully renovated semi detached in a lovely residential area. There is an extended kitchen/diner, living room, utility room with washer and dryer, bathroom with shower and bath and a large garden. I have fantastic neighbours and am just a short walk from both Heavitree high street, Heavitree park and Ludwell Valley Park. Parking is available on road though you would need to obtain a permit through the council to park during the day on weekdays.

I work as an estate agent and live here with my 3 year old sausage dog Rupert. I am looking for a professional person of a similar age keen to socialise occasionally, though equally there is plenty of room for us to have our own space after a long day at work! It’s important to me for a housemate to be a dog lover too as Rupert loves extra company.

Rent is inclusive of bills (gas, water, electric, council tax and broadband). I would love the opportunity to meet a potential tenant informally first so please do send me a message!
