We have a double room available in a professional house share in Digby, Exeter. Close to IKEA, Tesco, Sowton Industrial Estate.

Room will be unfurnished with all bills including fast broadband included in monthly rent.

House share includes:

-Shared kitchen fully stocked with cutlery, crockery and appliances. You will have your own fridge shelf and cupboard space.

- Shared bathroom with 2 out of the 3 other housemates. Some space to put toiletries etc.

- Shared access to living room area with large tv.

- Shared access to garden area with patio, tables and chairs.

- Parking is available on street (free permit required on Chiefs game days) or in nearby parking lay-by spaces which are on a first come first served basis but usually available.

- 3 other house mates. One works in the physics lab at Exeter University, another is a carer and a working at home programmer. Ages 30'ish-50ish. We are all friendly, respectful and easy going and like to keep the place relatively tidy I. e clean up after ourselves when cooking and using bathroom so they are clear for next person to use. There is a robot hoover which handles the down stairs living room and kitchen and then we each do our own thing for individual rooms.

All housemates are shared renters with a AST. There will be a reference process organised with property manager. (min term of stay is 6 months).
