I am coeliac and eat completely gluten free so ideally looking for a housemate who is the same! I am very sensitive to gluten and get very ill from even a crumb so need someone who is able to be respectful of this. My previous housemate didn’t cook and only ate ready meals/takeaways so didn’t ever have to use anything other than the microwave - this is a possibility for a new housemate but I would be very strict on cross contamination in the kitchen so please keep this in mind.

The house is in a lovely area right next to the big park in Heavitree, great community with lots of little shops and cafes just 2 minutes away.

10 min walk to RD&E and 2 minutes to regular buses going both into town and out towards a variety of desirable areas, easy to get around.

I work for the ambulance service so happy with unpredictable shift work (I know how tricky it is to find someone who understands!)

Residents on street parking available for a small yearly fee (£65 - standard across Exeter)

Cosy shared living room and a good sized double bedroom. Lovely big kitchen with loads of natural light.
