About us:
My partner and I recently moved to a townhouse in Portsmouth. We have a spare room that we're looking to rent out at the end of feb (but can be flexible). We are both 27, Jamie works in Hilsea and I (nishita) largely work from home, with occasional visits to London.
We also have two kittens who are incredibly friendly with everyone they have ever met, you'll have to be okay with living with cats.

About the room:
We are close to Albert Road, pyramids gym, the beach and less than a km from fratton station.

The room is on the ground floor backing onto the garden, there is also a wardrobe outside the room which you will have. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor (which we rarely use, and have never really used the shower) and a utility which you can put microwave etc if you would like to. Of course, our personal items will be removed from all these areas when you move in! The kitchen and living room are on the first floor which you are also more than welcome to use. We have a garage too if you need to store anything in there and there is also potential for parking for you.

All bills are included.

About you:
We would love to live with someone from 18-40, ideally a girl, someone who is tidy in communal spaces!
