Hi there, I have a double room available for rent in Southsea.
The Kings theatre on Albert road is just a two minute walk away, Southsea high street is five minutes away, the beach is ten minutes away and Gunwharf Quays is also walkable at 20 minutes away.
Looking for someone who works full time and will be decent company from time to time. I also have a friendly pet cat. I generally work away from home and come back on the occasional weekends.
There is currently one other tennant in the apartment who works full time and is often away at weekends, ideally another female would be best.
