we have 1 furnished room to rent in a share 3 bedroom house. It's available straight away.
The house is very close to local amenities (Tesco, ASDA Lidl, Aldi, pharmacy, GP, Schools, etc).

Portsmouth City center are only 10 minutes walking distance.

The local bus service are off road.
Room includes a double bed, wardrobe, bedside, drawers, etc.
There is Wifi, a very big fridge/freezer and washing machine, etc...
Rent is to be paid monthly with £200 deposit only . All bills are included.

Preferably professional or student and it's strictly no people on benefits.

It would be helpful if you could supply basic details about your current situation, when you are looking to move in and your current employment status and circumstances.
