A beautiful, spacious room is available in a stunning house in the heart of Southsea, just moments from Albert Road.

I’m friendly, sociable and easy-going, but I also appreciate having my own space, so I’m looking for someone who feels the same. You’ll need to be an animal lover, as I have a cat and a dog — Smoosh & Piper. They’re both extremely friendly, well-behaved and love a bit of attention!

The house is in a fantastic central Southsea location and has two floors with plenty of living space, including two lounges, a separate sitting room, and a large kitchen/dining area.

The bedroom itself is a great size and comes with a 55-inch TV. I have my own en-suite, meaning the other bathroom would be primarily yours.

There’s also a cleaner who comes every two weeks, with the option to increase this to weekly if preferred.

Outside, there’s a brilliant garden complete with a hot tub, outdoor bar and a separate office space — perfect for relaxing, entertaining or working from home.

There may also be the option to let the room with the en-suite and swap bedrooms, depending on what works best.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, friendly and considerate, and who would enjoy living in a relaxed, sociable home.
