Hi there, I have two double rooms available for rent in Southsea.

The Kings theatre on Albert road is just a two minute walk away, Southsea high street is five minutes away, the beach is ten minutes away and Gunwharf Quays is also walkable at 20 minutes away.

Looking for someone who works full time and will be decent company from time to time. I also have a friendly pet cat. I sometimes work away from home and come back on the occasional weekends, but I'm planning on getting local commutable work moving forwards.
