We are seeking to rent out a large double room in our spacious family home. We live a 10 minute walk from Blackhorse Road station (Victoria Line), and a 5 minute walk from St James Street station (London Overground).

The room is on the ground floor of a three-storey house. It comes fully furnished with a bed, comfy armchair, TV and lots of built-in storage.

Located just off Coppermill Lane, the house is a stones throw from Walthamstow Wetlands, and close to the shops, bars and restaurants of St James Street.

You will be sharing with us - a professional couple - and our young son. Aside from early family dinners and our son's bathtime, we will largely spend our time upstairs (where we have a seperate bathroom and living room) leaving you sole use of our large kitchen/diner and generously sized family bathroom.

Please note we are seeking a Monday-Friday let only.
