This is a 4 bed house on 3 levels with me my daughter and one other tenant who is a working professional.
The room i have to let is bigger than double with lovely view in background of wetlands sometimes see horses. This is generally a quite household. Everyone is mostly out at uni or college or work. There are 2 bathrooms 1 ground floor and one at top floor.
Bills elect, gas, water, wifi is inclusive.
Its 1 bus tide 10-15 mins to blackhorse stn on Victoria line which takes 20 mins approx oxford circus/ central london.
You have the local shop and other coop post office etc close. Bus stop to walthamstow central down the road which has the longest market in europe and walthamstow shopping mall and groceries great value for money. The 158 can take you to westfield stratford too.

The room comes furnished with wardrobe and chest drawers etc
