We have the Tottenham Marshes at a 10min walking distance.
We have a nice little patio where you can sunbathe in the summer and dry your laundry. We live in a relatively quiet area considering London.
Important: not sure yet if the room will be left furnished or unfurnished as the current tenants have bought their own bed frame and closet, throwing away the old ones originally there. I will update as soon as I know 🙏🏽
