One of our girls has left, we are looking for someone clean, quiet and friendly to replace her that can move in, in early September.

The bedroom is a lovely, carpeted room, with lots of space for ONE person in a quite house. As you can see in the picture, the room has a double bed. Upstairs it is very quiet and you will not be disturbed by any noise so students and people that like a quiet space are most welcome. Looking for a clean and friendly person as cleaning is shared. The other tenants in the other rooms are all female.

All bills are included, there is a super speedy broadband service which is free to anybody living in the house. A nice spacious garden which is used for barbecues in the summer or just to relax. A nice clean spacious kitchen with lots of fridge freezer space. And most importantly 2 bathrooms (1 wetroom) so you never have to wait long to use the bathroom.

The house is close to all local shops and transport, close to Walthamstow Central (8 min walk or 3 min bus) and Leyton Station (15 min bus). Stratford is not far either. Please check google maps to see that there is a good connection to transport and shops/supermarkets. We have Tesco, Iceland, Poundstretcher, Coffee Shops, Pizza places, Subway, KFC and more all less than 5 mins walk from the house.
