I’m looking for a flatmate to share a modern 2-bed / 2-bath apartment in Walthamstow (Old Brewery Way area), 10 minutes walk to Walthamstow Central with easy access into Central London on the Victoria Line 🚆 and a short walk from St James Street / Blackhorse Road stations.

✨ About me:
I work full-time in private equity in Mayfair and I’m in the office 4-5 days a week. I’m tidy, respectful and easygoing, and I enjoy cooking and baking, trying new cafés and restaurants, wellness/gym routines, and the occasional quiet night in with a film or series.

I’d love to find someone who is friendly, considerate and easy to live with - someone who also values a peaceful and relaxed environment. Happy for it to feel social occasionally (shared dinners/wine/movie nights etc.) whilst still respecting each other’s space and routines.
