Looking to rent out a double bedroom in my leytonstone flat. The room is spacious enough for a desk and has a built in wardrobe and gets lovely afternoon sun. Exposed wood flooring. Room comes furnished but obviously welcome to bring your own stuff.

The flat is spacious and set out on 2 levels so feels more open. There are skylights and big windows throughout the place so is nice and airy. Recently redecorated.

I work from home a couple of days a week, and am generally out and about quite a bit, though like a shared dinner and a bit of chat over some food and a drink etc. Generally easygoing. Always up for a weekend sauna / swim / cycle / stroll / coffee too. I have a bunch of good mates / a twin living in the area too, so have a decent network.
