We just handed our notice in and will be leaving on 30th October to downsize :(. Thought I’d try my luck and see who would be interested in renting from now up until this date as it’s becoming difficult to fund. The only thing is, the room is unfurnished but I do have a spare mattress if that helps.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with myself whilst my other flatmate has his own en-suite. We are two sociable people who work in the architecture world and are looking for someone who is extremely clean like us! All we ask for is: respect, honesty, direct communication and cleanliness :). We also know and understand if you’d like peace & quiet, so whether you’re introverted or extroverted, it’s not a problem for us.

The room is ideal for a professional (or those that prefer to furnish their own space), who are also looking for a well-connected East London location with easy access to Stratford, Walthamstow, Canary Wharf, and Central London.
