This flat share is ideal for a single professional who wishes to share with one other professional quiet-living male tenant. With its south facing garden, this room gets plenty of natural light throughout the day. As it's located at the back of the house there is no noise from the road, it's a very quiet residential street in any case with little traffic.

Our current tenant will be happy to show you around and answer any questions when you come for a viewing. He's been living in the flat for the past 7 months, knows the area well and will be happy to show you around and answer any questions.

You can view the flat in the evenings from Tuesday to Friday between 7 pm to 10 pm and on the weekends between 12 noon to 4 pm. As I don't live too far away I can also try to arrange my schedule to do an alternative time in case the aforementioned days and times are not suitable. I'm working from home until mid September and I'm flexible to take calls anytime if you want to let me know which days and times will suit you best. The location is excellent, the house is set on a quiet residential road at the end of terrace, ideally located within a short walk of public transport and local amenities.
