Hey there! Currently looking for people to take over two rooms in the flat I am renting, in Leyton, East London. It is a 5 minute walk from Lea Bridge station, which can get you to Stratford within 4 minutes with connection to everywhere

The bigger room comes unfurnished but is large and gets lots of natural light. The smaller room comes with the bunkbed and sofa bed underneath

We have a large garden which I have included pictures of and a decent kitchen! Lots of space. Mostly out during the day, so feel free to use the dining room table as a desk throughout the day!

The tenancy would start November 1st and would be for a year minimum.

My name is Theo, I am 26 and currently work in retail, whilst auditioning for acting jobs on the side. Looking for a clean, considerate and friendly housemate, who values personal space but also is happy to go to the pub for a drink once in a while or play a board game.
