Large double room available in Leyton for £900 per month. This is a spacious, fully furnished room in a clean, quiet flat. You’ll have use of almost the entire most of the time including the balcony, kitchen and bathroom. The room includes a bed and a desk, and the flat has a washing machine, fridge, cooker (which will be replaced soon). I’m a quiet, respectful person and I don’t live at the property full-time. I may occasionally visit to collect belongings, clean, do laundry, or stay over from time to time. Your privacy will be respected. The flat is about 3 to 5 minutes’ walk from the nearest bus stop and Tube station, with easy access to Stratford and Westfield. West ham football ground. I’m looking for someone clean, reliable and trustworthy, who will treat the place like their own. Ideally, you’d stay a minimum of three to four months but I’m open to short tenancy.
